We met J through a referral when she was seeking to sell her parent’s condo after their passing. Navigating through this process can be especially emotional as the client deals with an emotional loss and then the sometimes overwhelming task of getting the property on the market and sold. As a person who moves very quickly and can sometimes be blunt and to the point, I have learned to take these situations slow and to listen and to really hear what is important to the client.

As we always do, we figured out a strategy that would work for all parties. J and her siblings worked on the to-do list I shared, and then we staged the property and priced it well to accomplish their goal of selling in about 30 days. The love and appreciation was shared all around as we had to navigate a few last minute buyer challenges, and we were really so happy to support this process.
